🕒 We provide a 24-Hour Refund Window. Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the purchase time.
Requests submitted after the 24-hour window will not be considered.

• Course name
• Payment transaction ID
• Reason for refund request

Refund requests made via social media messages, or other channels will not be considered valid.

If a refund request is approved, the Finalised Refunded amount will be processed within 2–3 business days depending on the payment gateway and banking partner.
The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase or the payment option given by an Aspirants

✅Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:
• Payment has been successfully deducted but the course has not been activated.
• Duplicate payment made for the same course due to technical issues.
• Technical errors from the platform that prevent course access.

Refund requests based on the following reasons will not be accepted:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with teaching style or content as we are assuming that “Purchasing the course confirms that the user has reviewed the demo and agrees with the teaching style.”
• Lack of time to complete the course
• Purchased by mistake
• Failure to watch the demo before purchasing
• Personal preference or expectation mismatch or Unnecessary comparison and validation with another platforms
